Moon Fashion PT offers several shipping methods, which may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value, and destination region.
Shipping costs are displayed when placing an order in the store, during the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following factors:

Order weight and/or value

Chosen shipping method

Choice of VAS (Value Added Services)

In-store pickup
When choosing the “Collection in store” shipping method, no shipping costs will be charged.
How the order is shipped
Orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout and only after payment confirmation.
Orders may be shipped via the carrier CTT Expresso.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking code to follow the delivery status.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the contracted shipping service or the timeframe indicated in the selected shipping method.
